Take an afternoon to do a very porteño youth activity: running, rollerskating, biking or just walking by and enjoy the landscape, having a "mate" with your friends. The Hostel Colonial is talking about one of the most typical parks of Buenos Aires, the Costanera Norte(Northern Shore).
During the day, the people use to spend time by the shore of the "Río de la Plata" (Silver River), excersising and watching the sunset. In the weekends, it´s kinda crowded. Beautiful and safe, the Costanera Norte (along the Rafael Obligado Avenue) offers dozens of entertainment parks, an ecological area and various options of restaurants, it´s a great place to gastronomy lovers. Another sports like tennis, basketball, soccer and windsurf are also practiced. By night, great discos like the famous Pachá, La Diosa, Jet and others invite the people to dance and have fun all night long.
