Buenos Aires is a city of many scenaries. There are lots of travelers that come to the capital and want to know some spots and areas that are not in the touristic "must sees" that hide great beauties of the big city anyway.
In Villa Devoto, "the city garden", a century ago only occuped by farms, there are fine epoque mansions of english architecture and the famous Palacio Devoto, built in the beggining of the 20 th century by Antonio Devoto, who bought the first grounds of the area.
In Villa Devoto you are going to find the Monte Olivia ice cream, shows, good stores and restaurants.
In Nuñez, at the north of the capital, you can see the Monumental Stadium of River Plate soccer team and the University campus and enjoy great parks where the people go jogging and practisising some sport.
The laberinths of the General Paz Avenue, the species of trees at the Libertador Avenue and the famous Saavedra bridge are some actrattives of Nuñez.
Everything is near to the river and the Cabildo Avenue, that concentrates most of the best stores of Buenos Aires. It´s by Belgrano side, that counts with a Chinatown and the Larreta Museum, that has one of the biggest andalusian gardens of the country, besides of markets and beautiful churches.
The Hostel Colonial invites you to know these and many other places that depicts autentically the porteño spirit despite of not being mentioned in a tourist guide, are great options for enjoying our capital.
