El distrito más nuevo de Buenos Aires, pasando los puentes de Puerto Madero, a 5 cuadras del Hostel Colonial. La Parte más chic de la ciudad( el metro cuadrado de una propiedad arranca en U$3000). Una zona en expansión, con edifícios modernos y otros que han sido rescatados del olvido.
