Most of the people don´t know about it, but in Buenos Aires there´s somewhere more traditional and "tanguero" than the typical San Telmo streets. We are talking about Boedo neighborhood, one of the main Tango and historical spots in the city.Recognized for its old cafes and architecture. The Boedo´s neighborhood also carries memories of the literature movements that happened in the 1920's. Jorge Luis Borges said "I would rather have been part of the Boedo group" about the two groups, the ones that defended the classic and artistical national culture and the modern and vanguardists ones, in that time, referring to Florida´s group.
