“To give joy” is a solidarity campaign for Christmas 2011 in Buenos Aires. Until Thursday December the 22nd you have the chance to collaborate in an initiative to give every child a present in the Christmas. The idea is to donate a toy for the children staying in public hospitals and public institutions. These kids in vulnerable situation need our helping hand on these holidays.
Many renowned social help organizations joined the Buenos Aires City Government on this campaign. There will be 60 spaces for collecting the toys in 15 city squares, 9 famous corners, 7 bike stations and subway stations. All the toys will be carried to a unique collecting point where a group of volunteers will classify them for their subsequent donation.
