Next weekend the Buenos Aires Market arrives to La Boca neighborhood. The event will be on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21, since 10AM, in the corner of Benito Pérez Galdós Avenue and Caboto Street. BA Market is a food fair which travels through different Porteño corners offering organic products and healthy food. It’s a great way to have a special lunch in the middle of a traditional Buenos Aires City spot.
In the fair, you
can find more than 60 producers offering nearly 400 varieties of food and
beverages to taste for free and to buy with special discounts. This is the
sixth edition of this successful event which has gathered more than 20.000
people per edition. It is the best choice for those who love healthy food like:
oils, free alcohol beverages, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, breads, cereals,
seeds, spices, infusions, sweets, pasta and snacks, among others.
This weekend you
can have lunch or an afternoon snack in large tables where you can share with
other visitors. There are options for everyone which include dishes for
vegetarians and gourmet preparations. The places to eat are served by the most
famous chefs in every specialty: raw food, macrobiotic, organic, vegan, fast
good and many more.
There will also be
live music shows along the day in a special stage where you can hear from
electronic tango to traditional tango, from Argentine folklore to percussion
groups and classical quartets.
