Tomorrow starts a new edition of Buenos Aires Fashion Week (BAFWEEK 2012). The Fall/Winter collection introduces the concept of the union of different languages: art and fashion, fashion designers and plastic artists. There are two diverse universes merging and enriching each other. If you love fashion or you want to be updated on the last tendencies in Argentina, BAFWEEK is a great chance to do it.
The BAFWEEK is the most important event of Argentine fashion. It will take place on the Yellow Pavilion of La Rural (2704 Sarmiento Avenue) for the next four days (from February the 28th until March the 2nd). The idea of this week is to reinforce the concept of Buenos Aires City as a fashion destiny where the author design concept becomes a trademark.
The audience will enjoy 37 parades defined by its versatility, quality and originality. Besides that, there are 25 showrooms with accessories, knitting and shoe industry. The Buenos Aires City Government offers conferences on entrepreneurs and leaders in the fashion industry with such themes as: business strategies, market keys for a great performance and the future of fashion industry.
